Choices that affect revenue, housing, mobility, conservation, character, and future service demand.
Possible local-option meals tax
Treat this as a revenue choice—not a spending project and not baseline revenue unless adopted. Show the proposed rate, legal and decision path, estimated yield and sensitivity, who is likely to bear the cost, possible effects on restaurants and visitors, intended use of the revenue, and what the estimate cannot predict.
Community Preservation proposals
Show the individual eligible proposals, available funds, restrictions, competing uses, and Town decision process. CPC is a funding and recommendation pathway—not one single project choice.

Keep a visible place for choices not yet known.
What is still missing
Inclusion does not mean proposal, priority, recommendation, funding, readiness, or authorization. Complete current status, cost, source, and decision records remain with each choice owner.
